Thirteen full-lifecycle SAP programs. And the scar tissue that comes with them.

ERP is the practice Linos was built around. We implement it, we convert it, we reconcile it, and then we run it. We consult across everything SAP: the S/4HANA core, ECC, the line-of-business suites, and BTP, with working delivery capability in Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, and Infor when the estate calls for it.

The ERP estate we work in.

SAP is our home platform and we consult across all of it, not one product. Beyond SAP, most enterprises do not run a single ERP anyway: they run a primary system, two acquisitions that never got merged, and a set of bolt-ons nobody documented. We work across the whole estate.

SAP

PRIMARY

Our home platform, end to end. The digital core, the line-of-business suites, the platform layer, and the integrations between them.

SAP S/4HANA

PRIMARY

Public cloud, private cloud, and on-premise. Greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition.

SAP ECC

PRIMARY

Support, stabilization, and conversion planning ahead of the 2027 maintenance deadline.

SAP line of business

PRIMARY

Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, C/4HANA, EWM, IBP, GTS, MDG, SAC, and Commerce Cloud.

SAP BTP

PRIMARY

Extension development, Integration Suite, and side-by-side custom applications.

Oracle Fusion

CORE

Cloud ERP and EPM implementation, and integration into a mixed estate.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

CORE

Finance and Operations, plus Business Central for mid-market deployments.

Infor, NetSuite & Workday

SUPPORTED

Infor CloudSuite including LN and M3, NetSuite mid-market estates, and Workday financials and HCM integration.

Five phases. Every one exits on a gate.

No phase closes because the calendar says so. It closes when the exit artifact exists and the business owner has signed it.

01Assess

Readiness assessment, custom code scoping, data profiling, and a business case the CFO can defend.

Exit artifacts
  • Readiness report
  • Custom code inventory
  • Costed roadmap
02Design

Fit-to-standard workshops with process owners, target architecture, and integration design.

Exit artifacts
  • Signed process design
  • Target architecture
  • Integration map
03Build

Configuration, extension development on BTP, integration build, and iterative business validation.

Exit artifacts
  • Configured system
  • Extensions
  • Test evidence
04Migrate

Data load rehearsals, DMO and finance migration for conversions, reconciliation, and cutover dress rehearsals.

Exit artifacts
  • Reconciled balances
  • Cutover runbook
  • Rehearsal results
05Run

Hypercare, tiered managed services, release management, and a continuous optimization backlog.

Exit artifacts
  • SLA reporting
  • Release calendar
  • Optimization backlog

Where our people have actually configured.

Coverage claims are cheap. This is the module footprint our consultants have delivered inside real programs, grouped the way a steering committee thinks about it.

AI-Enhanced ERP Modules

Every module can carry an agent.

Where a module produces a queue, a reconciliation, or a document review, we can put a Claude-powered agent on it with human approval checkpoints and a full audit trail. Eight pre-built ERP connectors, deployable module by module.

Brownfield conversion is a sequencing problem.

SAP mainstream maintenance for ECC ends in 2027. That deadline turns a technology decision into a schedule decision, and schedule decisions are won or lost in rehearsal.

We run conversions with our own cockpit, Linos Migrate, so every rehearsal produces timings, error logs, and a balance reconciliation you can hand to an auditor.

Linos Migrate

Migration cockpit with an AI Advisor for risk analysis, error triage, and ABAP remediation drafts. Included on every Linos brownfield engagement, and available standalone.

01

Readiness

SAP Readiness Check, ATC and SCMON custom-code scoping, simplification item review, and a sized remediation backlog.

02

Prerequisites

Customer-vendor integration and business partner conversion, master data cleansing, and open-item clearing.

03

DMO Rehearsals

Database migration option runs across Sandbox, DEV, QA, Pre-prod, and PROD, each one timed and logged.

04

Finance Migration

The FINS_MIG four-step cockpit executed in strict order, with activation treated as the irreversible gate it is.

05

Reconciliation

Balances tied out ECC to S/4HANA across GL, asset accounting, materials, AR/AP, and material ledger with tolerance gates.

06

Cutover

A 13-event runbook with owners, durations, and go/no-go checkpoints, rehearsed before the weekend that counts.

Go-live is the start of the expensive part.

Most of an ERP’s cost arrives after the project team leaves. Our AMS model takes the run book and the backlog together, so the defect rate falls while the enhancements that missed project scope finally ship.

Tier 1

Intake, triage, and known-issue resolution against a documented service catalogue.

  • Single intake channel
  • Documented response SLA
  • Known-error database

Tier 2

Functional and configuration analysis across finance, supply chain, and commercial modules.

  • Configuration changes
  • Root-cause analysis
  • Regression test evidence

Tier 3

Development, integration, and enhancement delivery on a fixed monthly capacity.

  • ABAP and BTP development
  • Interface remediation
  • Enhancement backlog

The ERP is the same. The constraints are not.

A validated pharmaceutical release process, a DCAA-auditable cost structure, and a seasonal apparel assortment all land in the same system and none of them can be configured the same way. Pick your sector.

Start with an assessment.

A fixed-scope readiness assessment gives you a custom-code inventory, a data quality picture, and a costed roadmap. It is the cheapest way to find out what the program actually is before committing to it.
