Terms and refund policy

Each SAP Compass course is an interactive online reference published by Linos LLC. The free preview shows every process map, every step and its summary. The full edition opens the detail of every step in both tracks: business, and functional & technical.

Each course is sold as its full edition, both tracks, for one person: the licence is tied to the e-mail address used at checkout. Where a single track is offered separately, the purchase opens that track only.

One purchase licenses one named person, identified by the e-mail address used at checkout, for 12 months from the purchase date (365 days, unless a different period was shown at checkout). One e-mail address, one person: accounts are not shared.

The licensed person may use the full edition on any number of their own devices. Sharing the access with other people, publishing or redistributing the content, or using it to build a competing product is not permitted.

Teams and companies: write to info@linosconsulting.com for multi-seat licences and a single invoice.

Prices are shown on the course page and at checkout and are charged once; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Linos LLC does not see or store card details.

An invoice and a receipt are e-mailed after payment. Enter your company name, billing address and VAT / tax ID at checkout if you need them on the invoice.

Prices exclude any tax that applies at your billing address; where tax is due it is shown at checkout before you pay.

If the full edition is not what you expected, write to info@linosconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase from the e-mail address you used at checkout, and we refund the full amount. No reason needed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Access to the full edition ends when the refund is issued.

Access is switched on in your browser immediately after payment, and you create a password. On any other device, sign in at linosconsulting.com/learning/account with your e-mail and password. If you forget it, ask for a password link there.

We may revoke access when a purchase is refunded, charged back, or when the licence is shared beyond the licensed person. We tell you by e-mail before or when we do.

Access ends at the end of the licence period. We announce renewal offers by e-mail only if you ask for them.

The Compass courses describe SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP and SAP EWM as delivered in typical implementations. They are our own work and are not SAP documentation; SAP, S/4HANA and related names are trademarks of SAP SE.

Content is corrected and extended during your licence period at no extra cost. We do not promise a particular update schedule.

The Compass courses are a reference, not advice for a specific system. Configuration and posting behaviour depend on release, activated functions and your own customizing; test in your own landscape before relying on any statement here.

To deliver the purchase we store: your e-mail address, the Stripe checkout reference, the amount paid, the courses bought, the licence dates, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Stripe holds the payment and invoice data under its own privacy terms.

Access is kept in a signed, HttpOnly cookie in your browser for the duration of the licence. We do not use advertising trackers on the course pages.

You can ask for a copy or deletion of your purchase record at info@linosconsulting.com; deletion ends your access.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Linos LLC is registered. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
